Little Warriors/Junior Defence

Yellow & White

Orange & White

Green & White

Blue & White

Purple & White

Red and White

Every six classes that the Warriors attend they will be awarded with a black tip, students will need 3 tips to attend grading.

 

Yellow & White                        Fitness: 1 Push up, 5 squats

Striking: Front kick, front punching & covering up,

Student questions: Emergency telephone number. A) 000.  Who do you get when you ring 000? A) Police, fire brigade and Ambulance. Home address & bowing.

 

Orange & White                       Fitness: 2 Pushups, 10 squats

Striking: Front kick, roundhouse, front punching & covering up

Self defence: Aggressive handshake, both wrists held.

Student questions: Emergency telephone number. A) 000.  Who do you get when you ring 000? A) Police, fire brigade and Ambulance. Home address & bowing. What country does Jujitsu come from? A) Japan.

 

Green & White                         Fitness: 3 Pushups & 15 squats

Striking: Front kick, roundhouse, front punching & covering up

Self defence: Aggressive handshake, inside wrist grip, outside wrist grip, both hands holding wrist, both wrists held, strangles front.

strangles rear, headlock side bear hugs behind (over arms).

Ude gatame / arm bar x 1
