Speed:
The time required to cover a distance. The ability to achieve high velocity.
Power The time required to exert force over a given distance. The exertion of force at a
high speed
Focus Concentrating on one point (looking at it)
Balance A state of equilibrium, completely on balance
Distancing A specific distance or range from the body safe, kicking, punching, trapping and grappling
Timing The ability to see each movement, and an understanding of when to make the next
movement.
Dynamic Balance Being able to balance whilst moving
Accuracy Being able to hit the desired target whenever you need to.
Reaction Time The time required to respond to an outside stimulus.
