Teaching the principles of Martial Arts to Children will help them manage their anger.

Martial Arts will teach young people the skills to manage their emotions, increase their ability to think before they act and to improve their self-esteem.

The difference between passive and active communication, breathing exercises and self control.

As an outlet for controlled anger in a secure controlled environment (striking bags etc.)

Learn respect for there own skill and the skills of others.

We will physically challenge them so they channel all of there energy into the program.

The self defence techniques that they will learn will make them think before they act or react and give them choices not just a violent reaction.

They will learn how to work with others and follow directions from their instructors.

They will gain new anger management skills and an “I can do it” attitude in a safe and positive environment.
